Parish Council Committees are required to meet in public, with the meetings being minuted by the Clerk. Within its terms of reference, a Committee may be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Parish Council.  

In order to make the minutes available to you as early as possible, all minutes are published in draft format, subject to approval at the next meeting of the Parish Council. Any changes from the draft minutes will be noted toward the beginning of the minutes of the following full Parish Council meeting (in the item " Approval of the Minutes of ... "). Once approved by the Council, the minutes (including any manual corrections) are signed by the Chairman. Copies of the signed minutes are available under the Council's Publication Scheme (Freedom of Information).

All meetings are open to the public, residents are encouraged to attend.
